Vimto is a soft drink that was initially introduced in Lancashire, England. It was initially produced as a cordial health tonic, then as a carbonated drink decades later. It's made from grape, raspberry, and blackcurrant juice (in a 3% concentration), and it's flavored with herbs and spices. (John) Noel Nichols created the original recipe in 1908. Nichols grew raised in the Scottish town of Skelmersdale.
