Sugar, enriched self-rising flour bleached (wheat flour, sodium bicarbonate E5100(ii) (raising agent), sodium aluminium phosphate E541 (raising agent), corn starch, niacin, iron, thiamine, riboflavin, folic acid), vegetable fat (palm oil, sunflower oil, propane-1,2-diol esters of fatty acids E477 (palm oil - emulsifier), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids E471 (rapeseed oil, palm oil-emulsifier), ascorbyl palmitate E304 (antioxidant)), fat reduced cocoa powder (4%), modified corn starch, salt, calcium phosphates E341 (raising agent), skimmed milk powder (cow's milk), sodium carboxy methyl cellulose E466 (stabiliser), artificial flavouring (vanilla).

ABOUT THE BRAND

Charles A. Pillsbury founded the firm in 1869 when he purchased a stake in a Minneapolis flour mill. In 1872, his business was restructured as C.A. Pillsbury and Company, following the purchase of more mills and the implementation of milling process improvements.
