Mattina Coffee began with a love of coffee and an inspiration from speciality coffee roasters to share their collective knowledge with the area market. We choose high-quality coffee beans from farmers and cooperatives in Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Jamaica, Indonesia, Ethiopia, and Kenya. In the quest of perfection, we approach coffee roasting with commitment. All of our coffees are made at our ISO/HACCP-certified roastery in Dubai. Mattina Coffee serves a variety of consumer categories in the local market, including Espresso, Specialty coffee (such as Panama Geisha and Jamaica Blue Mountain), Arabic Qahwa, and Turkish coffee.
