This coffee is perfect for creating Turkish coffee. For each cup of freshly boiled water, add 1 teaspoon of this ground coffee. Heat, stirring frequently, until the coffee melts, then remove from heat. Continue to heat the coffee until the surface froths, then remove from the heat before it boils. Allow to settle before sipping your drink.
