INGREDIENTS

Carmelle Mix: Sugar, Carrageenan(E407), Disodium Phosphate(E339), Natural Colours: Annatto (E160b), Curcumin(E100), Artificial Vanilla Flavour. Topping: Sugar, Caramel Colour: E150c, E150d and Artificial Cream Caramel Flavour. COOKING AND PREPARATION

Fill a 575ml mould or 4 small cups halfway with the liquid caramel topping sachet. 575ml milk, nearly to boiling point Stir in the contents of the carmelle sachet and bring to a boil, then reduce to a low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour carefully into the mold and let aside to cool. Once the mixture has cooled, store it in the refrigerator to set (2-4 hours). Turn off the heat and serve.

STORAGE CONDITION

Store in a cool and dry spot away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.
