STORAGE CONDITION

Remove slices or chuck of Anchor Red Cheddar from original packaging and wrap it in parchment paper and seal it with tape. Note the date of purchase and cover it again with a plastic cling film to protect it from absorbing food odors. You can also put it in a glass container and store it at the back part of the fridge where it is coldest. It is best to consume it immediately upon purchase. Do not sit it outside the fridge. Properly stored it can last 3 to 4 weeks in the refrigerator.
